*House rentals include the use of WHS chairs and tables, and use of the kitchen area; however, cooking is not allowed. A maximum of 80 people are allowed (not including contract and WHS staff). |

*Caterer’s preparation and clean-up, from time of arrival to departure, is to take place within rented time period. The rental fee is charged per hour with a two-hour minimum rental. Available daily, 9am - 11pm. |

SCHEDULED GUIDED TOURS
Individual tours are available during specific tour hours throughout the year. Guided tours may be scheduled, in advance, outside the normal tour hours, for groups larger than 10 people. Scheduled guided tours will not be conducted during special events.
* Guided tour may include first and second floors of the Kneeland-Walker House, and/or the coach house, as appropriate and available.

SCHEDULED PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS (INDOOR and/or OUTDOOR)
Photography sessions, in the Kneeland-Walker Gardens and house, must be scheduled in advance. Photographs are not to be used for commercial purposes unless formally approved by the Executive Director; different fees may apply.

* $50.00 per hour, one-hour increments

* No bathroom or changing facilites are available. |
