The Wauwatosa Historical Society sponsors this contest for all Wauwatosa students in Grade K4 through Grade 5 to promote appreciation for the unique historic buildings in our community. Students choose a historic building to portray from a list of  properties that are designated as Wauwatosa Landmarks, Milwaukee County Landmarks, Wauwatosa historic properties, and/or National Register of Historic Places properties.  

We hope this project will help our students grow to be conscientious citizens and stewards of Wauwatosa’s heritage.
